HB WaveCresters of ABWA is a 501(c)6 business league devoted to the concept of "Networking with a Cause." As a local chapter of the American Business Women's Association, we work (and play) hard in the pursuit of providing to the women of our community a full spectrum of networking, educational and charitable opportunities. Monthly meetings, vendor showcases and fun events are how we interact socially and professionally. Through various forms of communication we keep our demographic of entrepreneurs and female members current on events that will help grow their businesses. The monthly speakers are top of their field with insight into what makes today's business world tick! And lastly all of these meetings and events, especially our July fundraiser "Style in the City" Fashion Show," raise money for WaveCresters' scholarships to help women achieve their academic and educational goals. Money raised benefits members, the local community and the multiple national scholarships and grants.
